High efficiency air filter testing
DIN EN 1822 comprises the testing of air filters of the known EPA, HEPA and ULPA filter classes.
The complete testing of HEPA filters (EPA, HEPA and ULPA) is performed in three steps.
- Testing the flat filter medium
- Leak test of the filter element
- Determination of the separation efficiency in MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size)
